We are seeking a Recovery & Aesthetics Director who can deliver high-quality services while building strong relationships with our members and driving program growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic services (facials, cryo-slimming etc.) and recovery support

• Build meaningful relationships with members and understand their goals

• Educate clients and recommend appropriate services, packages, and programs

• Support overall member experience and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics, wellness, fitness, or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable recommending and selling services

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
